Detec Australia was asked by Michael Snaddon of Snaddon Projects to complete Electronic leak detection scanning of the Ardex Weldtec 1000 Membrane installed by waterproofing company Ecoseal WA.

Testing was completed using both the Horizontal platform and vertical roller unit in cloudy humid conditions. After setting up the scanning units and testing compliance which also included testing to see we had an insulated system, works were carried out. The system installed was watertight. The testing of this 160m2 area with upstands, stairs, etc was completed in less than 2 hours allow the project to progress to the tiling phase.
